Although it can drain to a floor drain, (check local ordinances), the REAL DRY™ system is designed to channel basement seepage into a sump pump for maximum performance.  If your home does not have a sump pump, we offer this convenient kit.  It includes all of the items needed for most installations except for the pvc piping.
